Is Christmas Just Another Holiday?

The non-religious ask Why do you believe in Christmas? The religious frown and call each other names. Who is right and who is wrong like politicians people only see their point of view. There is one thing we all as humans have in common. We choose to believe what we choose to believe, however; the one thing we all have in common is how " it's the time of year someone breaks into the house and eats the cookies.' (urban diction)

This reminds me of one of my favorite books I use to enjoy reading to my class. "If you give a mouse a cookie." Laura Numeroff What a sweet time it is for children and non-sweet for those with dietary restrictions. What I find is that children bring out the best in people.

Their hope, love care are endless. They teach us as adults to relearn lessons we failed to learn in our youth. When done in kindness even the meanest of adults comply with their request. I guess that was the point of the whole story. Isn't it? "Santa Mouse" Carolyn Burnett Do you have one in your house. I'm willing to bet you do. A Santa Mouse that is?

My point to this blog is to wish you a Merry Christmas! Happy Holiday! and to all of you who don't understand Christmas, it's a story of a baby who grew up to become a man. All the things that happened throughout his lifetime. Some good things, some bad things and a whole lot of living in between those days. To all the religious people and non-religious I wish you a time filled with photographs. I'm sure you'll find exciting stories to read to your children. Maybe, one day you'll call for an appointment to have Maria Kamon Photography photograph your day.
